We have an exciting opportunity to join the Hartley Library Reception team as a Customer Service Assistant on the Highfield campus. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to our wide range of customers and respond effectively to inquiries in person, online and over the phone. The successful candidate will also undertake administrative duties, as required, to support library systems and processes.

Salary is between £19,209 and £20,600 pro rata per annum based on a 52 week contract. Successful candidates will be entitled to 20 days of annual leave per year plus university closing days, a contributory pension scheme and a structured training programme.

The following offset model is available:

Thursday & Friday 09:00-17:00

This position is offered on a part-time basis of 14 hours per week, on a permanent contract.
