Deloitte US has acquired SFL Scientific, a Boston-area consulting firm specializing in artificial intelligence strategy and data science. EY speaks to IRS officials after urgently seeking advice for the new 15% minimum tax on large profitable corporations known as the Alternative Corporate Minimum Tax (CAMT) contained in the Inflation Reduction Act.
