Michigan Works partners with Berrien RESA to showcase career paths for high school students

Michigan works! Berrien, Cass, Van Buren is thrilled to partner with Berrien RESA to introduce career pathways to over 2,000 high school students on Career Pathway Day 2022.

The event will take place Friday, October 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Mendel Center at Lake Michigan College, located at 1100 Yore Ave, Benton Harbor, MI 49022.

“In order to make this expo-style event as impactful as possible, we are looking for more employers to engage with our local youth,” said Paul Brohman, business solutions manager at Michigan Works! Berrien, Cass, Van Buren. “If you are an employer in Southwest Michigan and think you can provide a hands-on activity for young people, or think your job is fun and engaging for 9th graders, please connect with a member of our team. We hope to see young people stop by every booth, learn about every industry, and connect them to educational opportunities that can eventually lead them to a career in your field.
