Members of the Raising Cane restaurant team will wear many hats (including a Raising Cane hat) while working hard and having fun as an essential part of the restaurant team. A restaurant team member has primary responsibility for providing a positive customer experience, including ensuring that all food orders are prepared to Raising Cane standards and working in various areas of the restaurant (cashier, counter , dining, kitchen, food prep, grill and drive-thru, etc.). Ultimately, one restaurant crew member is responsible for upholding Raising Cane standards.
