FOND Bone Broth – Customer Service Manager – BevNET.com Beverage Industry Job Listing

Do you like contact with people? Did you just touch it? FOND is looking for a partner to join our team and help lead customer service. Our new Customer Service Manager will oversee all communications with FOND customers and help design responses, escalations and lead the way in customer service for our team. In this role, you will help foster positive customer experiences and are responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and personal experience, from purchase to delivery and beyond.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER?

Some of the things you will do in this role:

  • Foster meaningful and positive relationships with customers through a variety of channels; Email, Facebook, chat, etc.
  • Provide pleasant, helpful, and informative communications to customers inquiring about FOND Bone Broth, health and wellness, store locations and distribution, and general questions
  • Manage the FOND subscription platform
    • Help customers create and manage subscriptions
  • Work with FOND Marketing Manager to improve all response templates
  • Gain insights through analytics to better improve customer experience FOND
  • Create and implement protocols for customer service FOND
  • Convert orders into RSL system if needed
  • Maintain, update and create new response templates in Reamaze as needed
  • Answering questions from customers who pass through the website

THIS ROLE REQUIRES:

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in marketing or communication or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the CPG industry
  • Exceptional written, listening and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service ticketing systems and social media platforms such as Reamaze, Gorgias, etc.
  • A highly collaborative nature with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated examples of strong strategic, analytical, organizational and presentation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work through ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • A high degree of comfort with reporting and performance measurement; able to obtain information through analysis
  • Attention to detail

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
