The Digital Marketing Manager at Body Catalyst is responsible for supporting and contributing to the successful execution of the company’s overall marketing and communications strategy.

We are looking for a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager to successfully lead and execute our company’s digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your primary goal is to help grow our brand influence nationally while increasing loyalty and brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Manager pushes boundaries, demonstrates drive and determination, is always open to exploring new possibilities and is an ambassador for our brand.

Your duties will include planning, implementing and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction and social media management. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
  • Work alongside our SEO, SEM and UX partners to deliver successful campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Develop and track campaign budgets.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Plan, run and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate them against objectives (ROI and KPI)
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms alongside our social media partner.
  • Prepare accurate reports on the overall performance of our marketing campaign.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Think about creative new growth strategies
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways and other digital projects.
  • Use strong analytical skills to assess end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with agencies and other partner suppliers
  • Assess emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and adoption perspective where appropriate

Skills/Requirements/About You:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing position. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field, an asset
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Woopra)
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, ActiveCampaign and social media scheduling tools.
  • Creation and maintenance of client relationships
  • Motivated but customer focused
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
