ABOUT US

We are a not-for-profit, tenant-run, community-based charity housing association, and we own and manage over 6,500 homes in the Wycombe district. Our tenants and lessees are our customers and have an important role to play in ensuring that we remain truly tenant-led in everything we do.

We have 165 employees and with our over 50 volunteers, we strive to make a positive difference in the community we serve. We invest over £100,000 a year in our local community supporting new businesses, charities and community activities, helping our partners to provide a coordinated service across the district.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director of Client Services is an exciting new opportunity to be at the forefront of our ambitions to provide excellent service, promote the voice of the tenant and focus on delivery for the community, in a environment where we constantly strive to disrupt conventional approaches and find new and better ways of doing things.

You will work with other members of the leadership team to ensure that Client Services leadership works collaboratively with the leadership team as part of our #OneTeam approach. You will play a key role in achieving our strategic goals and securing our long-term future as a social housing provider.
