The Senior Territory Manager’s duties include overseeing a portfolio of distributors, managing regional channels, cross-functional projects, forecasting, pre-orders and presentations to senior management. This role is for the entrepreneurial salesperson with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, organizational skills and a desire to build a career with Boochcraft.

what you will do
Be an outstanding brand ambassador for Boochcraft in the market.
Lead presentations with distributor management on a monthly cadence to review performance against goals, secure brand direction.
Lead general sales meetings at distributors.
Regularly analyze VIP sales reports and monitor trends, track lost/won placements, and identify and seize opportunities.
Send regular summaries to distributor management to track new business and new placements.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and set the bar high for excellence within the organization.
Be an expert in Boochcraft products, processes and technology.
Nurture and cultivate relationships with our key accounts in the territory – advise, support and educate retailers to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
Manage some local/regional channels in collaboration with the National Account Manager
Make sure account information, buyer data, and visit activity are up-to-date in CRM.
Submit new item submissions, manage product inventory, and ensure timely submission of purchase orders.
Monitor and evaluate performance against quarterly objectives.
Optimization of sales visits and planning of responsibility for oneself and for the team.
Collaborate with the marketing team on the scheduling and staffing of regional events and demonstrations.
Accurately track and submit all territory expenses on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales operations, finance, marketing and production
Participate in regular Sales Manager meetings to collaborate on issues and provide feedback
Other relevant tasks assigned by the Vice President of Sales
What you will need:
3+ years in a relevant sales role
Strong computer skills, inc. MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Clean driving record with a current and valid driver’s license
Must be able to perform physical activities that include but are not limited to lifting, bending, kneeling, twisting, climbing ladders, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly . and sometimes more. A candidate may be required to stand/sit for several hours at a time
The Nitty Gritty
Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Location: Based in New York or New Jersey
Territory: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island
Work from home and on the road
Status: Full time, exempt
Travel: Regular trips to the territory with a few overnight stays necessary
Program: Usually Monday to Friday, but must be willing to work nights/weekends
