8. Online Tutor

With so many schools closed to in-person classes during the pandemic, many families have turned to online tutoring services to help their children learn. This demand has created employment opportunities for older people, many of whom already have some experience in these professions. Among the companies that have recently hired is iTutor, which helps students prepare for their college entrance exams. Like many employers in the online tutoring industry, iTutor offers training to the workers it hires.

If you have experience driving large projects from concept to completion, many companies may be willing to hire you even if the job posting calls for a college degree.
